Director Bio: Lee Cronin
Lee Cronin woke up to the world of movies when Ben Gardner’s head popped out of the sunken boat hull in Jaws. He was about 7 years old.
Fast forward a few, and Lee is now an award winning director and writer who works in Film, TV & Commercials.
He has a trilogy of extremely successful short films under his belt which include Through the Night and Billy & Chuck, all of which have garnered recognition across the world. His most recent film Ghost Train premiered at the prestigious Clermont-Ferrand Film Festival and has gone on to play at over 50 festivals in 2014 alone, picking up numerous awards along the way.
He is currently developing his debut feature film Box of Bones.
Ghost Train is a film about the loss of innocence, about hiding from your past and about how the small decisions we make as children can shape our entire future. Despite these serious themes I like to present my ideas through a lens of the fantastical, a way of telling a story that can engage, excite and scare the widest possible audience.
